Charles H. Allen

Charles H. Allen joined the Keenan Law Firm in 1991 and is the senior trial lawyer in charge of the trial team. Charles is a board member of the Birth Trauma Litigation Group and recently authored an article on "How to Work with the Medical Standard of Care Expert." Charles Allen gives lectures to other personal injury claims lawyers in Georgia, West Virginia, and Ohio, and has addressed birth trauma and personal injury issues at an obstetrical conference in London, England.



Allan L. Galbraith

Allan L. Galbraith, a seasoned lawyer with over 20 years experience directs the complex litigation of The Keenan Law Firm. He handles all pleadings, to include lawsuits, motions, and appeals. He recently concluded the first major case against CryoLife, Inc. Allan Galbraith also speaks to trial lawyers groups around the country.



Benjamin F. Wilcox

Benjamin F. Wilcox, graduate of John Marshall Law School, licensed in the state of Georgia, coordinates scheduling and case management system of the firm and coordinates support staff. He also lectures to paralegals in continuing education programs.
